Sam and I baked a pumpkin pie today after roasting the homegrown sugar pumpkins our friend Connie gave us. The roasting went fine, and the filling looks yummy, but as for the crust… let’s just say I have a whole lot of appreciation for pastry chefs. And Sarah Lee.
We’ll see what our guinea pigs guests think about the pie!
