19 November 2014 Parting Gift

I “graduated” from Physical Therapy today and received this lovely hot/cold pack as a parting gift. The graduation is dubious, as I may need to return post-surgery. Plus, it occurs to me that I have pre-surgery homework to complete pre-operation (calf and foot exercises), so really it was no graduation at all, but a summer break.

Ah, summer. Hopefully by the time summer rolls around I’ll be running and jumping pain-free. Now that would be a great graduation gift.
