20 July 2014 Sam’s Stuffed Super Shepherd Pepper

Try saying that a few times in a row! Sam is helping me prepare meals, now that I am not supposed to be on my feet much at all. Tonight she wanted to prepare a little something on the side of her own invention: super shepherd pepper from the garden stuffed with leftover rice and parmesan cheese.
