31 December 2013 Happy Jalapeño! Jan 1, 2014 Share on: While we were away last week, the last lone jalapeño plant, which has been languishing indoors in a pot, ripened to red. We ate it this evening, enjoying the last bit of 2013’s bounty. Happy New Year!
