20 August 2013 Snail Habitat

Sam spent nearly the entire afternoon with the homeschool group at Mint Springs building a snail habitat in the sand for the numerous snails hanging out in the water. This is just one part of it–Sam tells me it was a “private island.” Apparently there were also two orphanages, a hotel and a morgue. Everything a snail community needs!
