5 August 2013 A Couple of Firsts

At her last summer swim lesson today Sam swam a lap for the first time, full length of the pool. She was pretty darn happy about that.

Later in the day, she got her first bee sting. On her foot. 🙁 But no allergic reaction beyond the sting, so yay! Poor kid, between stinging nettles in France and stinging bees in Virginia, she’s had an ouchy couple of weeks.
