21 September 2012 Sick Day Drawing

During one of her more active periods during a mostly feverish day, Sam asked me for a photograph of an animal that she could copy. I dug up this old one of kitten Camus from the mid-90s. I think Sam definitely captured something of him, but he does look a little forlorn– perhaps the artist infused some of her own feelings in the picture.
