21 March 2012 New Mattress

Imagine Sam’s delight when we were instructed–practically warned–by the mattress salesman to stomp on our new bed “until the point of exhaustion.” It’s a Tempur-Pedic mattress and apparently the special foam cells need to be softened up. We jumped on the thing off and on all day. I don’t think Sam ever reached her point of exhaustion, but I sure did. Is that the Tempur-pedic secret? Stomping oneself to sleep?
