3 December 2011 Pipeline Walk in Richmond

This was a really cool walk–on top of a massive pipe that runs through the James River. The pipe goes to a couple of river islands, but we didn’t make it that far. We turned around when we came to a segment where the water was rushing over the top of the pipe walkway. I know we have a history of walking through water, but today we just didn’t feel like sloshing, what with Sam still recovering from her nasty chest cold.
