13 October 2010 Apprehended

We were minding our own business on the top deck of the bus when all of the sudden several police motorbikes roared up and parked in front of the bus. We saw two policeman grab a man and hold him. Then more police arrived. And more. Handcuffs came out. Crowds gathered. The bus driver turned the motor off. The bus wouldn’t be going anywhere for a while. Sam and I got off the bus and walked the rest of the way home. I still haven’t learned what the fellow was arrested for. But when Sam reenacted the whole thing with her stuffed bears, she decided that it was a book robbery.
