Or several. Birdhouses courtesy of Tyler Arboretum. I hadn’t been to the Arboretum since I was a kid. I took Sam there today for a “Tiny Trackers” class on birds. We saw Chickadees, Robins, and White-throated Sparrows who say “Canada Canada Canada.” Sam loves that. “They say where they’re from!”

We didn’t come across any birds who say “California,” except for Sam. She got to make a bird feeder to take home and when one of the administrators said, “Are you going to take that home and put it in your backyard?” Sam replied, “Oh no, my home is in California.”

Still waiting for news about when we’ll fly to our next home.
