Penguin Love and Abuse

At Mom-Mom and Granddaddy’s house, Sam has a giant plushy Penguin which she loves to hug, kiss, throw down the stairs, and generally push around. The other night, though, poor Penguin was falling a lot. Fortunately Sam was there to pet and stroke him.

A couple of notes:

  1. At the beginning of the clip, I prompt Sam to say “Amazing.” This is one of her new three syllable words. Another recent three syllable word is “cantaloupe.” Sometimes she combines the two, shouting about the house “Amazing cantaloupe!” Cracks me up.

  2. I’m experimenting with subtitles on iMovie. My timing is a wee bit off on some of them, but viewers should get the idea of what Sammy is saying.
