Sam has been learning about monks in early medieval Britain and so this evening we had a “monk’s supper”: lentil soup, bread, cheese and apple. Sam helped make the soup but didn’t find it to her taste. No one should be surprised that she wouldn’t make a good monk 🙂

We got to ski in natural, real snow today and it was great. However, it was also so cold that I took few pictures because I was loathe to remove my gloves.
