We went to two soccer games today: The Red Raptors in Cville (Sam’s team) played yellow. Raptors lost 3-5. Sam scored the first goal for her team. Then we drove up to Washington to see DC United play the Philadelphia Union on their homeschool day. It was an exciting game, but Union lost to DC 0-1. Doesn’t matter. Both …

I started wearing my custom orthotics in my Keen walking shoes. I will slowly transition from the boot to the orthotics over the coming week. So far they feel pretty good, though weird. The black tape coming up my leg is holding my post tibial tendon in place.
